Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to provide a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and perform front desk tasks; take information calls and tours; assist with sign-ups and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager or supervisor as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
