Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospects to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with account updates, billing, and past-due balances.
• Support retention by addressing cancellations and offering solutions.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer for purchases and passes.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties per procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized front desk and facility.
• Engage prospects and guide them through membership options.
