Job summary

ICCU is seeking a friendly member-facing service representative in Kentucky to provide courteous, accurate service and support members' financial wellness. You will handle transactions, promote services, and maintain confidentiality with professional conduct.

Strong communication and detail-oriented skills are essential. This role supports branch goals and may involve education on financial wellness and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of member-generated transactions through various channels and systems accurately and timely.
• Provides general information about ICCU services and promotes cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintains confidentiality of member and ICCU information.
• Balances and maintains teller cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and related cash handling.
• Supports business account and merchant transaction processing.
• Assists with branch cash and coin ordering and selling.
• Creates member and business debit cards and processes member checks.
• Keeps leadership informed of member needs, product suggestions, and escalations.
• Maintains professionalism in appearance, attendance, and quality of work.
