Rogue Credit Union's West Medford Branch is seeking a Member Relations professional who helps members with accounts, lending, and financial products.

The role focuses on building relationships, cross-selling appropriate products, and delivering accurate, confidential service in a busy branch environment.

Expect potential overtime and Saturdays; a supportive culture encourages growth and member-first service across the Rogue network.

Formación

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Licensed through NMLS with annual required training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with members to identify needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
• Assist members with memberships, accounts, loans, and related services.
• Review members' financial situations and provide education and options.
• Open new accounts and loans and process documents with accuracy.
• Respond to member inquiries with timely, confidential service.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and Rogue’s guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed.
