Sage Credit Union in Oregon is hiring Electronic Service Representatives (ESR) to engage members through email, chat, video, phone and text, delivering personalized solutions and accurate service. The role focuses on strong member relationships, card services, and loan servicing tasks.

The ESR team operates four days a week within 6:00am–midnight hours, with flexible shift options designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of financial services or related experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of exceptional customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide best first impression to members calling into the credit union and identify needs to offer solutions.
• Process member financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with Sage card services requests and loan servicing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot electronic services issues and follow through to resolution.
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals by building member relationships and referring products and services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional member service experience.
