Sage Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representative for the Alturas, CA branch. You will assist members with transactions, explain credit union services, open new accounts, and actively cross-sell products to meet member needs and goals.

The role requires 1-2 years in financial services or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. Flexible scheduling and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of financial services or related experience preferred.
• Customer service and/or retail experience strongly preferred.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.

• Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals by building member relationships and recommending products/services.
• Explain services, open new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the right specialist.
• Assist with branch opening and closing.
