• Performs teller functions including cash deposits/withdrawals, check deposits/withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
• Resolves member requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Proactively selling products and services that benefit the member.
• Assists members with information on credit union programs, products, and rates.
