Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a sales or customer service role is required.
• Prior experience in a financial/banking institution preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service to both internal and external members.
• Performs teller functions: cash deposits/withdrawals, check deposits/withdrawals, and night/mail deposits as applicable.
• Resolves member requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Proactively selling Nutmeg products and services to benefit the member and the credit union.
• Assists members with general information on programs, products, and rates.
• Maintains knowledge of new services and promotions to determine members’ needs.
