Job summary

Verve is seeking a Member Experience Advisor I in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will process deposits, loan payments, and various transactions, explain account features, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will identify opportunities to deepen relationships, promote Verve products, and support community outreach while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, check cashing, and official checks.
• Verify endorsements, signatures, and proper identification; maintain confidentiality.
• Open and close standard consumer deposit accounts and manage beneficiaries and PoD designations.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms clearly to members.
• Assist members with digital banking tools and problem resolution.
• Take applications for credit cards, unsecured loans, and unsecured lines of credit.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and promote Verve products.
• Participate in branch and community outreach to promote Verve’s brand.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer and recycling supply; process ATM/night deposit transactions.
• Follow policies, procedures, and security protocols; ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Patriot Act.
