Verve, a Credit Union in Oshkosh, WI, is hiring a Personal Banker-Digital Branch, also called Member Experience Advisor I-Digital. You will serve members across in-person, phone, and digital channels, process transactions, open and service deposit accounts, and take applications for credit cards and unsecured loans.

You will explain features and regulatory terms clearly. You will identify opportunities to deepen relationships, balance cash, and stay compliant with BSA/AML guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and provide welcoming service across channels.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, checks.
• Open/close standard consumer deposit accounts and manage beneficiaries.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms in clear language.
• Assist members with digital banking tools and problem resolution.
• Take applications for credit cards, unsecured loans, and lines of credit.
• Promote Verve products and participate in community outreach.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures; maintain compliance.
