Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking team members to provide member service at the checkout area, process purchases, and assist with returns and exchanges. You will help members with self-service technology, locate merchandise, and maintain a safe shopping environment at the Woodbridge location.

The role emphasizes upholding policies, assisting with payments, preserving assets, and supporting training of new Frontline Services associates on procedures and tools. Walmart/Sam’s Club values apply.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at checkout areas
• Ensure checkout area is clean, organized and secure; process returns and exchanges per policy
• Assist members with self-service technology and locating merchandise
• Maintain safety procedures, observe for shrink, and report unsafe conditions to management
• Communicate with team to train new associates on processes and tools
• Support area with merchandising and zone the store to improve customer experience
