• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance areas and verifies membership cards; identifies member needs and assists with purchases.
• Maintains exit areas; reviews receipts and protects Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity.
• Assists with training Frontline Services associates and rolls out new programs; delivers continuous learning.
