Job summary

• Processes member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and cleanliness; assists with merchandise zoning and transport.
• Delivers training on processes, tools, and new programs.
• Assists with securing Sam's Club assets and reports unsafe situations.
