Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate at the Sam’s Club location in Waterloo, IA. The role involves serving members, operating the checkout area, processing purchases, and promoting products and services.

You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges; provide guidance on self-service tech; and help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment. Training and program rollout support are included.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services; assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members regarding self-service technology and safety practices.
• Maintains merchandise zones and assists with stocking and organization.
