Job summary

EastRise Federal Credit Union in Williston, VT is hiring a Regular Full-Time Member Service Associate to deepen member relationships by serving both consumer and business deposit and loan needs. You will provide a full range of financial services while identifying opportunities to promote products and services through attentive listening and empathy.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional Saturdays 9:00 am–1:00 pm; starting location is primary Williston, VT with potential

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year up to 3 years of related experience; previous customer service required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to analyze loan applications and other documents for proper order.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, data and information management, and written/verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, financial systems, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service for deposits, loans, and account maintenance.
Aide members with various transaction types, account opening/closing, and maintenance.
Identify referral opportunities and participate in branch promotions and campaigns.
Handle cash management, fraud mitigation, loss prevention, and branch operations support.
Collaborate with the Retail team and be willing to travel to other EastRise branches as needed.
