Job summary

Heritage Family Credit Union in Bennington, Vermont seeks a Universal Service Representative to deliver world-class member experiences, open accounts, assist with loans, and cross-sell financial products. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, support drive-up, onboarding new staff, and maintain knowledge of products.

This role requires at least a high school diploma, about one year in banking or sales, and solid problem-solving and communication skills; a supportive team

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year banking and/or sales experience required.
• Proficient use of calculator, keyboard and experience using Microsoft Office Suite required

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a world class member experience during every interaction. Service members promptly, accurately and efficiently with account inquiries, loan requests, updates, troubleshooting, transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and more.
