Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers as directed, and maintains member records.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions, ITM and vault replenishments and balancing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote credit union products to members and nonmembers.
• Welcome members and provide routine information, directing to appropriate department as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including typing, scanning, and answering the telephone.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly to deliver timely, friendly service.
