Job summary

• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Ensures a safe shopping environment and compliance with company safety standards.
• Provides training and rollout information for new programs and technology to Frontline Services associates.
