Qualificações

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and mobile retail apps.
• Ability to work with mobile retail applications and POS systems.
• Customer service oriented with ability to assist members at checkout.

Responsabilidades

• Provide member service and resolve issues at checkout.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist with self-service technology, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in entrances, exits, and checkout area.
• Assist in training Members Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
