Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Team-oriented, motivated and well-organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to the best of your ability during shifts.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Use Planet Fitness app, content, and updates proficiently.
• Ensure safety and compliance with training.
• Assist with member information input at POS and tablets.
• Address member infractions per company guidelines.
• Provide a safe environment and high member service.
• Stock retail and janitorial items for shifts.
• Participate in team meetings and communications.
• Support promotions and club operations with leadership.
