Job summary

Excel Fitness in Dallas is seeking a dedicated team member to help run a clean, safe and welcoming club. You will assist members, operate the front desk and tablets/POS, and monitor facilities during shifts.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to stand long hours, CPR/AED certification, and a high school diploma. This position can be full-time or part-time and involves occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively.
• Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate and assist members with equipment and amenities.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and create a high level of member service.
• Audit club inventory and coordinate with management on orders.
• Stay up to date on required certifications and training.
