Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum three years financial institution experience.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience selling and cross-selling products in a financial institution.
• One year outside sales and/or business development preferred.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; notary within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations in the absence of the Assistant Manager/Branch Manager.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products to meet member needs.
• Participate in sales campaigns and community outreach events.
• Create a positive member experience through active listening and problem solving.
