The Member Experience Coordinator provides a variety of sales and service functions such as providing information on all Credit Union services and effectively cross selling the products and services that meet the member's specific needs. The incumbent will drive efficiency in member service by appropriately directing branch traffic throughout the branch and support the Branch Manager in maintaining a member focused sales and service culture within the branch.
The Member Experience Coordinator is a dynamic role that combines the responsibilities of a teller with member services. This position is responsible for providing exceptional member service, understanding the financial needs of members, and offering suitable solutions. The Member Experience Coordinator is the face of the Credit Union, fostering strong relationships with members and ensuring that their Credit Union experiences are positive and efficient.
