Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring for a Merchandise Protection role focused on protecting merchandise and delivering excellent member service at our Revere location.

You will monitor entrances/exits, enforce club policies, and escalate issues when needed while maintaining a safe, positive environment for members and teammates. Responsibilities include performing merchandise protection procedures, deescalating concerns, and ensuring compliance with club standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills are preferred.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence to members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Monitor entrance and exit activity and protect merchandise.
• Inspect bags and backpacks as members leave the building.
• Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms per procedures.
• Audit express pay, curbside, and other pickup options according to standards.
