Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process purchases.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Support self-service technology guidance for members.
• Maintain checkout, entrance and exit areas; ensure safety and security.
• Assist with training of new Member Frontline Services associates.
