Job summary

Sam's Club in Plano, TX is seeking a front-end associate to deliver member service, operate checkout areas, and support customers with purchases and questions. You will handle payments, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and handling payments.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes transactions.
• Maintains checkout area and resolves member issues.
• Guides members on self-service technology and available services.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Maintains safety and security of store assets and premises.
