Retro Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Associate to ensure members receive the highest quality of service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will greet members, resolve issues, sell memberships and merchandise, and follow up with prospects to grow member engagement.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean club environment, opening/closing as scheduled, and adhering to company policies. Prior experience in sales or hospitality is helpful; CPR/AED certification is preferred.

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful.
• Active CPR/AED certification preferred.

• Greet and check in members as they come in.
• Resolve customer issues in an effective manner.
