Job summary

Planstin Administration, Inc. in Utah is seeking a motivated Member Support Associate to guide members through their healthcare journey, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a high-touch, personalized experience.

You will coordinate with internal and partner teams via Microsoft Teams, perform proactive outreach, document interactions, and escalate complex cases while owning the member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or member support in a fast-paced environment.
• Life and Health Insurance License is required within 90 days; Planstin provides a study program and covers exam costs.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to leads using email, text, and phone calls to drive engagement and conversion.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
• Answer member questions and guide them through membership, services, and resources.
