Job summary

Planstin is seeking a Member Support Associate to guide members through their healthcare experience, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

The role focuses on proactive outreach, primary member contact, and coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality, personalized service. A Life and Health Insurance License is required within 90 days, which Planstin will assist with.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or member support in a fast-paced environment.
• License to be obtained within 90 days; Planstin covers exam costs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build trust.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to leads via email, text, and phone calls to drive engagement and conversion.
• Serve as primary contact for members, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
• Answer member questions and guide them through membership, services, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and partner teams via Microsoft Teams to resolve member needs.
• Identify and address member issues with a solution-oriented mindset for timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues while owning the member experience.
• Support a seamless, high-touch member journey from initial contact through ongoing engagement.
