Planet Fitness Latrobe, PA is seeking a high-energy Member Services Representative to create a welcoming, judgment-free gym experience for every member. You will greet members at the desk, handle check-ins and enrollments, introduce Black Card amenities, and support a clean, safe environment while working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Understanding the physical demands may involve but are not limited to, communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
• On-time dependability because you know people are counting on you.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club super clean; members value this and we’re known for it.
• Introduce new and current members to our Black Card amenities.
• Greet and assist at the welcome desk; check-ins, tours, and member enrollment.
• Be a leader; stay passionate and have fun, inviting others to do the same.
• Schedule may vary; hours include weekends and holidays.
