Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains the checkout area and handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assists with guidance on self-service technology and promotes products and services.
• Maintains entrances/exits, locates merchandise, and assists members with decisions.
• Follows safety standards and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Assists with training of associates on processes and new technology.
