Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases.
• Handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains and merchandises areas; assists with locating products and assisting members.
• Trains Frontline Services associates on processes and tools.
• Handles returns and reports shrink and damages.
• Upholds policies and ethics; supports Walmart’s culture and safety.
