Visions Federal Credit Union in New York's Binghamton area is hiring a Member Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, handling daily financial transactions and inquiries with a service-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

About The Position

Position Title: Member Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering a high-quality, service-focused experience in a fast-paced branch environment. This role is responsible for processing daily financial transactions, addressing member inquiries, and building strong relationships through personalized service. You will support members with everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. With comprehensive training provided, this position is designed as a foundational entry point into the banking industry, offering the opportunity to develop essential skills and grow into advanced roles within the organization.

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.

Compensation Range: $18.00/hr. - $ 22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*.

Location: Position is on-site at our Binghamton North Branch located at 1235 Upper Front St., Binghamton, NY.

Minimum Qualifications
