Job summary

VASA Fitness in Orem, UT seeks a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build personal connections, and keep the club clean and welcoming. You’ll guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, making every visit feel valued.

As the first friendly face, you’ll multitask at the front desk, give tours, and assist with member services while upholding our high standards. Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (membership sales preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
• Interest in health, wellness and fitness.

By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
