Job summary

Core Development and Management-Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with questions, and support their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, and responsibilities include handling sign-ups, phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updating contact info, cancellations, and transferring memberships.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to monthly/annual targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Process retail transactions accurately and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all gym areas and Recovery Zone amenities.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and organized and follow cleaning schedules.
• Identify and report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Foster open communication, build relationships, and champion CORE values.
