Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.
• Ability to handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists with purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and merchandise presentation.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology.
• Ensures safety and security of assets and records.
• Reviews receipts and assists with returns/exchanges.
• Maintains a safe, organized entrance and exit areas.
