Walmart and Sam's Club in Fayetteville, NC are seeking a Front End Associate to support member services and operate front-end equipment. You will handle returns, organize merchandise, and assist members with purchases while promoting services and using self-checkout technologies.

The role includes protecting assets, following safety procedures, and participating in training on new programs. Prior retail experience and comfort with mobile apps are preferred; pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain area of responsibility per company policies; handle returns, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by greeting members, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise, and promoting services.
• Safeguard assets by following security and safety procedures; document activities and participate in training and program rollouts.
