Job summary

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and assists with purchases, payments, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Ensures a safe, clean shopping environment and proper handling of merchandise.
• Identifies member needs, assists with decision making and locating merchandise.
