Job summary

Sam's Club in Evans, CO is seeking an energetic front-end associate to assist members, operate the checkout area, and promote club services. You will handle payments, returns, exchanges, and guide customers on self-service options while maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities include helping with merchandise zones, insurance of assets, and supporting loss prevention and safety procedures as part of a team-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience using mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process purchases at the checkout.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide self-service technology.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with training frontline associates on processes and procedures.
• Ensure area housekeeping: zones, organize merchandise, maintain entrances/exits.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions; monitor security.
• Deliver benefits information and ensure a safe shopping environment.
