Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and processes purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and assists with self-service technology.
• Maintains safety and security; conducts safety sweeps and reports unsafe situations.
• Assists with training Frontline Services associates and rolls out new programs.
• Maintains facility cleanliness and merchandise organization.
