Walmart Sam's Club in Columbia, SC is hiring a front-end associate to deliver friendly member service at the checkout, process purchases, and handle returns and exchanges. You will assist members with payments and help locate merchandise while promoting store products and services.

The role requires guiding customers on self-service technology, maintaining a safe, well-organized front-end area, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash registers).
• Ability to assist customers with purchases and returns.
• Good communication and problem solving in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service and processes purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Assists with safety, training and zone management in the store.
