Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club location in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking Frontline members to provide exceptional member service and operate checkout areas. You will assist with payments, returns, exchanges, and merchandise selection while promoting store services and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

You will guide members on self-service technology, maintain orderly aisles, and support training for frontline staff as part of a busy retail team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Experience working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policies.
• Assist members with selecting merchandise and locating products; promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Guide members on self-service technology and train others on new programs and tools.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
