7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Ohio to serve as the first point of contact for members. You will provide friendly, accurate service and connect members with suitable financial products and services.

The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Join a team committed to service and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers in a Windows-based environment.
• Must be bondable.
• Occasional travel to nearby branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
• Educate members about credit union products and services to help meet their financial goals
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing standards
• Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures
• Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services
• Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member fraud claims as needed
• Provide professional, courteous service while maintaining confidentiality
