Upcoming training will take place over four weeks at our corporate headquarters in Bloomington, MN, with sessions from September 14 to October 9, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to type over 55 wpm.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to providers via telephone.
• Document the nature of the correspondence and resolution in call logs with detailed information.
• Research provider inquiries that were not resolved and provide timely follow-up communication.
• Escalate and transfer inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with the Member Experience team and vendors to investigate and resolve questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop personal goals and track progress to completion.
• Comply with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
