Job summary

The YMCA of Southern Maine is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members, process transactions, and promote the YMCA's mission from Biddeford, ME. Typical shift patterns include weekend hours with Saturday and Sunday coverage and weekday afternoons.

You will deliver professional service, help members enroll in programs, maintain accurate records, and support a welcoming environment aligned with YMCA values. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and respectful communication.
• Good judgment and excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions and data.
• Ability to work with frequent distractions and interruptions.

Responsibilities
