Job summary

World 50 LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a details-oriented Member Services Coordinator to support membership activities across multiple communities. You will ensure accurate member intel in Salesforce and assist with high-touch, group-related projects.

The role offers hybrid work with a minimum 2 days in the Buckhead office. Training is provided with opportunity to grow into a dedicated partnership with a membership community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-3 years in hospitality, customer service, retail or events.
• Experience with CRM databases is a plus (Salesforce).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with World 50 communities on the execution of all membership activities.
• Create and maintain accurate member information in Salesforce.
• Manage special projects and research related to membership communities.
• Draft emails and information to be sent to members.
• Assist with coordinating event details and logistics, such as name cards, member intel, bios, etc.
• Help with preparation and follow-up for member interactions, including pre-call research and data input.
