Job summary

The Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Manager of Member Experience to oversee the 40,000-household membership program, manage members-only events, benefits, and premiums, and support renewal and gift initiatives.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Membership, you will lead communications, on-site member experiences, and campaigns, collaborate with Marketing and Museum Shops, and help grow member engagement through thoughtful programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college; Master’s preferred.
• Museum membership experience is required (5+ years preferred).
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee members-only events, tours, and member appreciation.
• Coordinate member communications including newsletters and emails.
• Manage on-site member experience and sales initiatives.
• Lead annual fund campaigns and donor communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Shop, and database teams.
