Job summary

World 50 Group in Buckhead, Atlanta is seeking a meticulous Member Services Coordinator to support the Memberships team. You will ensure accurate member intel in Salesforce and assist with high-touch, group-related projects, delivering personalized service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, International Relations and Economics or similar preferred).
0-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or events.
Experience with CRM database is a plus (Salesforce).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Work closely with World 50 communities on the execution of all membership activities.
Create and maintain accurate member information in Salesforce that shapes members' experiences.
Manage special projects and research related to membership communities.
Draft emails and information to be sent to members.
Assist with coordinating event details and logistics, such as name cards, member intel, bios, etc.
Help Member Services Associates with the preparation and follow-up for member interactions, including but not limited to pre-call research, call notes, check-in meetings, and data input into Salesforce.
