Self-Help seeks a friendly Member Service Representative to join our Asheville, NC team. You will handle member inquiries, process deposits and payments, open new accounts, and promote credit union products with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and at least one year in financial services or customer service, with cash handling experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued but not required.
