Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a welcoming, member-focused associate to guide new members through the fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and suggest personalized solutions to drive member success within our community.

This full-time role emphasizes authentic service, a positive attitude, and teamwork, with training and opportunities across our club network to help you grow in fitness sales and member engagement.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing them to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience, providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit to inspire members to take next steps in their fitness journey.
• Support the onboarding of new members, greeting and assisting as the first point of contact.
